Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CupVote (the "App") provided by CupVote ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Overview of Service

CupVote is a mobile application that allows couples to share daily photos and vote on memories.

• Photo posting and sharing
• Daily Vote (daily photo voting)
• Secret Vault (private photo storage)
• Streak (consecutive posting records)

Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.

Account

Using the App requires authentication with a Google or Apple account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account with third parties

Prohibited Activities

• Violating applicable laws or public morals
• Infringing the rights of other users
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or cyberattacks
• Posting or transmitting false information
• Posting content that infringes third-party rights
• Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
• Spam or harassment
• Unauthorized commercial use of the App
• Reverse engineering or analyzing the App

Content

You retain ownership of content you post. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Paid Service (CupVote Pro)

The App offers a subscription plan at $5.99/month or $39.99/year.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellations after purchase are subject to Apple's policies

Secret Vault Feature

Secret Vault is an exclusive feature for CupVote Pro members, protected by Face ID/Touch ID and email-based one-time passcode authentication. Up to 1,000 photos can be stored per couple.

Disclaimer

• Temporary interruption or suspension of the App
• Loss or corruption of data
• Disputes between users
• Issues arising from third-party services
• Damages resulting from use of the App

Changes or Termination of Service

We may modify or terminate the App's services as necessary. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
